Dear Sir,

It is very sad to say that I am a unsatisfactory customer of your company sir for last 2 months I am facing too much problem in my internet connection I already complained in your so called customer care call center but sir they are always making false commitment to me your h.d.o calling on my land line and said that we are arriving at you this time that time but no propper result shows on it sir we are hoping that b.s.n.l is a company of faith & trust sir but all you commitment "best hai mere liye" is not attended by you sir I understand that you will take some serious action on it and next mornig i can found a othentic person at my door steps.
