Staff not responinding less educated about what they do they dont know whats Packet loss

LOL thats all they have fking old knowladge and they cant help people (Consumers)

Replace them or add at least one person with good idea about the Broadband servicing. The MONEY what im Paying for BSNL is NOT WORTH IT totlay insane thats why im starting to hate my own contry now and that sux.
