This is regarding the exorbitant bill amount for broadband usage for the period 1-7 to 31-7 amounting to Rs 21.099/-. This connection is used in school for educational purpose only. the previous bills and subsequent bills after July prove that the usage has always been around Rs 1500/- to Rs - alongwith the fact that in our area broadband service remains frequently dead.

the case was reported to the DGM of our area Exchange in Bhadewan but he flatly refused any help in this matter.

We wish to have it resolved through BSNL SAMADHAN SCHEME if possible.
