I'm fed up with BSNL... But since it's the only ISP which provides Broad Band in my area, I had to go for it. My problems with it started right from the start. When I applied for an internet connection, the fraud official didn't sent my application to the head office, she hid it in her own desk and told me it's missing, this repeated 2 times, the next time I checked her table and found it. And I had to stay there to make sure they sent it. Now.. During a heavy thunder storm, my modem went "Kaboom! " this happened one month back, exact one month back. Similar events occurred this time too. The officials didn't register my complaint. They booked it on my next visit.. I used call them weekly to know if there's any actions being taken.. But no use... Now it's more than one month after I booked my complaint, still nothing...
