BSNL Broadband
No broadband speed

I am using BSNL broadband plan-BB Home UL 499-about 7 months. At the initiative stage the plan had given speed about 256 kbps. But after few months the speed decreased. Now i have only getting very less speed. It also take more time to enter in to a website than earlier. And also the downloading speed is very less now. It take a lot of time to download even a small song. Please solve my complaint as soon.
