Unable to get a connection

I have been trying to get a Bsnl broadband or atleast a land line connection for past 1 and half years but the authorities claim that our locality is not provided with cables (i can ponit atleast 5 connections of BSNL near my house). But the truth is i will get a connection by providing cables from a post just 100 meters away. I have been talking to the lineman for all these years but he is not even bothered to listen to my words. I have wanting to use this connection for business purpose but all my cries have been in vain. the people in Bsnl wont even consider trying to solve my problem nor take a complaint. So i kindly request the authorities to help me with this problem ASAP. The exact location of this ignorance towards customers is in Poonamallee, Chennai.
