Nternet not available for past five days

My name is SarathRaj and I do have a complaint with the broadband connection provided by BSNL. From 17th June 18 2pm onwards am not getting internet connection. Have called our Internet service center and the number is either busy or they will not pick the call. Also I do have another complaint that the internet connection becomes dead time to time. Whenever I try to download a file the internet connection will get lost and reconnect after 5-10minutes. In the meantime the download will get timed out and have to re-download whole file again. I have to attempt 15-20 times to download a single file and it takes up to 4hours to get that file completed. This issue got started on the month of June and informed the same to BSNL. But the issue is not yet resolved. Download becomes a nightmare to me as I have to sit in front of the PC looking over the internet and if it get disconnected I have to re-download the file. It’s an inconvenience for me and consumes my time. Am using unlimited usage offer for Rs750 and not getting the right service.

Please look in to the issue and resolve the same as soon as possible.
