I am using BSNL Broadband (plan 4mbps Speed) from 1st july. but steel today i have suffering from Net problem,

after every 15 or 20 minutes my internet disconnect and in this 15 day i have use this service really and hardly 8 days

i am calling daily our bsnl office and tell him my problem but nobody can able to take action or solve my problem.

in our bsnl office there is Mr. Parejiya (9427216050) he never receive my call and region JTO Mr. Amrit Pal (9428822858), if he receive then not give me a satisfied answer.. my bsnl phone no. 02752-229477 and my address mention above.

i have already given one month advance payment for Internet so, i must use this service at least one month...

i have business for on line ad posting... and without internet i cant run my business... so, in short i am in trouble because of BSNL broadband and no one can help in this condition so please if you have an authority then you tell them to solve my problem...
