Bsnl is the worst broadband service in India. Even though Bsnl have the largest broadband coverage in India it was charging very high compared to the other networks. I'm getting 512 kbps unlimited at rs 750/month with taxes I get arround rs 820/month. But some Excel Media broadband was charging only rs 500/month with all taxes. How is it possible to them.

And my friend in Hyderabad have Beam broadband connection (http://www.beamtele.com/) 1Mbps at only rs 600/month. Why being a largest broadband service provider bsnl is charging that much high amount.
