Defective Internet cable line not restored

MY BROADBAND INTERNET CABLE WAS DAMAGED AND CUT OFF DUE TO THE UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE WORK ON 05.01.2012. INSPITE OF MY SO MANY REPEATED REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS WITH THE RESPECTIVE AE (2385000), JTO (2382222) AND DE (2301515) NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SO FAR FOR THE LAST 25 DAYS. MOST OF THE TIMES THE AUTHORITIES DO NOT ATTEND TO THE CALLS FROM THE CUSTOMERS.

SINCE THERE HAS BEEN NO CABLE CONNECTION, I HAVE BEEN DEPRIVED OF USING THE BASIC NECESSITIES OF LIFE LIKE INTERNET AND LAND LINE PHONE FOR THE LAST 25 DAYS.

KINDLY INSTRUCT THE BSNL AUTHORITIES TO LOOK INTO THIS PROBLEM IMMEDEATELY AND TO RESTORE MY CABLE CONNECTION.

DUE TO THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF CABLE CONNECTION FOR THE LAST 25 DAYS, I MAY KINDLY BE EXEMPTED FROM THE PAYMENT OF LANDLINE BILL FOR JAN.

I HOPE I WOULD GET JUSTICE AT THE EARLIEST.
