BSNL Broadband
Issue's with speed provided

I am having issues with the slow speed provided by Bsnl Internet services (Broadband). I don't get the speed promised by them, and most of the time service's are down. There is no fun of calling the customer care of Bsnl Broadband. No action's are taken. And they don't even feel shameful by cheating the people!
