BSNL Broad Band Complaint Slow Speed
Very Slow Broad Band Speed

We have a BSNL broad band in the phone number of 23415352. Since many days, it is very slow and i cannot utilize the allocated 4GB, but i have to pay for it. Several complaints are given to the concerned authorities. No response.
