With regret, i would like to say that the service provided by BSNL is equal to worst level. I have been following up with the call centers regarding my issues with broadband for phone - 080-23374934 and still unclue over the solution. I have been patiently going through days to find a solution, but yet in vain. Time has come to escalate to highest level and i am hoping to find an end to my problem facing over a period of months.

I have a issues with Internet pages not opening up. Broadband link is good, line is good, sites doesn't open up. It can be through a wired connection or a wireless connection. When i try working with different connections apart from BSNL, i will be able to open Internet freely and work on it effectively. But, when coming to my connection, it halts up.

Yesterday, i raised a case with the following complaint number's but till no one didn't call back. I am writing this mail when on phone with customer care and on IVR listening to music for a long time.

1211/35 - compliant number - Old Case

0112/187 - Complaint number - New case

0112/295 - complaint number - New case

Would appreciate if you can direct me to concerned level of support to resolve my queries

Hope at least now, my grievances is addressed in timely manner.
