BSNL Broad band new connection

I had requested for a BSNL broad band connection through an agent whose name is Ganesh and his mobile no. is 9845757217, he collected from me 1000 Rs. in this regard on 5 Sep on the next day I received a SMS from BX-BSNL-BB: stating booking category N-OYT-GNL with work order number : 89037211.

the agent said within a week I shall get the connection, after waiting for 2-3 week I visited BSNL office close to Doorvani Nagar (Adjacent to KR Puram Bridge) stating the Work order number they say there is no BSNL line connection coming to my street and we shall check on this and see what we can do.

Till date I have no response in this regard by BSNL officials.

I don’t know what to do next.
