Bsnl broadband connection
INTERNET IS CHARGED

On checking the online bill i got to know that my free usage which is form night 2:00 to morning 8:00 is being charged.

I was on plan of night free usage but, without any intimation they started charging for the same. I want a proper answer for the same.
