Bsnl broadband jind (hr.)
Not activation of plan

My self usha sharma is a resident of jind (hr.) i am using bsnl broadband on my landline no. 0681253920. and the 250 rental plan was activated on this no. befor 15 days i have applied for the 1111plan with 2mbps speed but till now i am getting speed of 256 kbps. pls take immediate action.
