Delay in the repair of the net connection

Sir,

I'm a medical graduate. I have net connection in my home and the connection is getting disconnected since 2 weeks i.e, from 21st march. After making sure that the problem is not due to any virus we have filed a complaint in local exchange. we have availed the facility of 2.5gb plan with night 2am to 8am net browsing free. So due to net connection is not proper we have lost this offer and it was month ending we can no more avail the memory offer. We have to pay 600- monthly rental for the plan. So now i'm in a great loss. It has been taken 2 days and still the problem is not rectified. They have just called twice to the land line and asked the problem which is the DSL bulb is blinking continuously or not at all and lot of my time is being wasted and i cannot a have retrieval of valuable information from the net and my sister who is doing M.E project and for whom net is a vital source for gathering information.
