Last month i registered a complaint regarding the out of order of our bsnl landline phone (26340095) to the S.D.E of the bsnl office in TIRUNINRAVUR. Still no response to our complaint. Whenever we call him he tells some reason or the other for not attending our complaint but he never takes further actions on our complaint.
