BSNL broadband under plan 750
Failure to connect to internet

I have broadband connection with no 25306876 under plan 750.My computer fails to connect to internet every 7 days per month right from the time, I took the connection ie on, 05/07.The staffs don't have any technical know-how and fail to provide service at the end of the day. Recently, my connection got dead on 11/03 and till today 17/03, there is no improvement. Because of its continuous inefficiency and unreliability I have have already taken another connection from different company and want them to return my security deposit and cancel the connection immediately right now.
