BSNL BROADBAND WITH STD
HARASSMENT BY BSNL OFFICER AND STAFF

Sir/Madam

I am a resident of Vadodara (Gujrat) but posted near Vapi (Gujrat). My wife has been visiting nearest BSNL office for getting broadband connection for last 3 months. Everytime she is given different response. First they promised that connection will be given in 15 days. When she went with all the document she was rudely told that connection can not be given. I came from Vapi for the purpose and met Mr Rama Kant Singh, SDE in GIDC Exchange. He said connection can not be given as capacity is full and contact after March. Even after March I can not promise. He did not check any thing from the database neither he called anyone from his staff. His behaviour was very rude and indifferent. It was insulting and humiliating to me and wife.
