i have broard band connection last few month, my connection is not working properly, if i go for complain in bsnl office than officers say that resisters your complain through toolfree complain number 1500, but when i make a call on this number call is not connected. compurt say that u stay online, after 1/2 hours stay online for waiting call attending by customer care . my call is disconnected from other side, please tell me what i do
