Portal ID usage problem

I change the plane of broadband from 150 to H-500-c. It night unlimted free from 2.00 to 8.00 am but my portal ID show the usage of night unlimted . my number is 0183-2757002 .Plz check it because i donot understand the exact usage of my sevices and much problem are create for me .plz check it and confirm me imitatively
