BSNL Broeadband
No Connection

Sir,

I have applied for a new broadband connection from BSNL karnataka on February 19th. But till today i have not got the same. whenever i am calling to there they are giving me some 2-3 new numbers and telling to contact them. My area is coming under Brookefield exchange. While submitting the application, i was told that i will be getting the connection within 7 days. The way people are talking to me like i am a criminal.

My workorder no is 62017040.I dont know what to do.. then one friend suggested me to visit this forum. kindly take up this matter. I am very dissapointed with BSNL.
