Non delivery of orde

I had order a bouquet of flowers from Sify Mall.. it was an express delivery item .. to b delivered with in 2 / 3 days ..howver after one month im stil awaiting its delivryy.

my efforts to contact them wer of no use.. their customer care is so riddiculuos that they cut the call sin between... and they never replyy to complaint mails supposedly . my mails have not yet been responded to ..
