Net connection

For last 3 months i have given lot of complaints for net connection problem. they have not taken any proper action for my complaint.Net is working for 1 day and the next day it is not working. Saturdays and Sundays no net connection. Always saying line problem. i have paid it for a year-Rs.8086. Already 2 months waste for this years payment. Please take a proper action against this irresponsible action by a government organization.
