EXORBITANT DEDUCTION

I took a bsnl- 2G Connection on 19/11 with a prepaid monthly plan of Rs. 230.

Today on 21/12 I recharged with Rs. 230 (for gprs)& Rs. 30 as topup, since main balance was below Rs. 50= exactly (Rs.47.30).at around 12.29pm. My balance after that was RS. 72.30 & free gprs usage of 206 Mb. Later I was compelled to rechage with Rs.55=at 2.19pm.since they deducted Rs.22.70 for around 20 minutes of usage in between (for surfing only), Later at around 2.50pm.again deducted Rs.10.49 (surfing only) then again at around 7.05 pm. deducted Rs.6.30 (surfing only).

After no. of attempts i could contact with their customer care exe.at around 10.30am., 1.00pm. 3.45pm.&5.45pm.(at their toll free no . 1503), without any desirable response. Surprisigly my free usage of 206Mb. is unutilised.

Please help me & guide me.
