Deduction of balance without prior intimation

Sir,

I am using bsnl gprs RS 230 UNLIMITED PLAN services. They deducted Rs.83 from my mobile balance without any prior notice. When i talked to customer care service then told me that it is on the account of christmas and didn't considered it worth a complaint. Reason given was that all value added services (specially sms and gprs).
