Poor Broadband Service

I an using BSNL Broadband since May from BSNL. But BSNL does not have a better service performance for broadband. Since I have got the connection I am facing several problems.

1. I cannot get optimum access speed as per my Broadband Plan (Home UL 750 Plus). The company is assuring to provide a speed upto 2 Mbps. But I cannot get so much speed. My speed is very less and even below 300 Kbps. Sometimes it comes down below the minimum broadband speed of 256 Kbps.

2. Even sometimes I cannot connect to internet even after having full connectivity showing many errors like Error 678, Error 691 etc

I have informed my nearest Telephone Exchange about my problems. But the authority takes it casually.
