Snl internet speed is very slow

I am yogesh kumar from punjab district patiala belong to city patran . sir, i want to tell you that interent any web sites is not opening from many days . i always use the internet by mobile phone not broandband. If i consult with the customer care centre of bsnl employees not good behave with us and always they always cut our mobile phone while we talk with customer care

i think it is my second time i am sending you compalint because first time i am not sure that my complant has reached or not?
