Oadband very low speed

I have using bsnl broad bvand with UL 750/- with my land line NO.08546271375, since one week i have getting very low speed i.e. from 14 kbps to 248 kbs.inthis connection i did not work with my PC and down load some imp.files. I have lodged an complaint through IVRS system Vide Com. No.0006 dated on 13.2.2010 and also onformed to JTO-gadwal

please restore at an early.assuring best service
