I am having BSNL Willphone Internet Connection in My name of RAMKUMAR GANESH, now i am working in Dubai, My mother is using Internet & she is paying everymonth payments without dues, Now for past 15 days we are not getting the internet for that my mother called so many times to BSNL Office and Up today i.e as on 24.2. inbetween she went Thrice they are asking to take Phone bills, Phone when she went each time they didn't took any single action yet.can you help us in this situation to avail the internet connection as before
