Sir

I am Ram from Aadambakkam in Chennai. I got bsnl broad band connection 750 unlimited home plan. They installed me on 18/02. I paid deposit Rs 500/- and i have own modem too. the first month bill is RS 1010/- the format on the bill is

Misc Charges 1250.00

Broadband Charge 241.00

Service Tax 24.82

Gross Amount 1516.00

Credit Adujstment 506.00

Net Amount 1010.00

What is misc charge? I also called the complaint line 22501844 but no one is picking up the phone

Please help me with this
