Regarding Broadband connection

Dear Sir/ Madem,

i went BSNL office to get the new landline with broadband facility. There they told me that my area is not having the facility of paired cable, so they gave me the WLL phone with internet connection, iam using this facility past 7 months. This WLL phone internet serivce is very slow. So, After that i checked in my neighbours house, they all are having the landline telephone and also few of them got the new landline connections. i went to the neyveli township bsnl office and i made a request to get the landline phone with broadband connection. but there no one is giving the response and just they are avoiding me with unsatisfied answers. Please kindly do some needful to get the Broadband services.
