BILLING AMOUNT

In december i used broadband & paid Rs.-1287/-as per bill recieved But next month again BSNL raised bill amount of Rs-3770/- but this is unjustified because that month maximum i was out of station or too busy to use broadband. And i made online complain but no response but here my line discontinued by bsnl as internet & incommong &outgoing call also. But raising bill every month Rs.550/- as my plan but this month bsnl raised Rs.620/- that also unjustified because my line is discontiued from 3 months.

So please give me suggestion regarding this problem.
