BSNL
Poor connection speed

Here i add yet another complain to the pile, I have the bsnl speed combo 1111 plan which 'should' give me a speed of 2mbps that roughly translates to around 200kbps download speed but here I am sitting here downloading at 16-17 kbps 90% of the time (other times the speed gets better but wtf!!), I dunno whether to laugh or cry =[, the cause of this inconvenience is poor infrastructure... and why am I bearing with as u may ask?..its because no other broadband service is available here in mzn... lets see how long it takes for the situation to change...
