Not getting proper service

My self anas ali i am using bsnl broadbandwith iptv connection with RS 750plan and RS150 from last three months and i am not getting proper service.i have complaint so many times for last two months but they didnt response on this problem.

i am not getting the downloading speed which they told me and the iptv is also not working properly.

i hope you people take strick actions on this..
