I have been using the bsnl broad band for the past one yrs.due to some prob i have to change my residence to the new one in the same street.in order to shift my broadband connection to my new residence i called the bsnl office for the procedures.they said that to shift a connection i have to submit the letter, address proof, and recently paid bill to the near by office.i went their with all the required ones.but its not correct procedure to change actually i have to fill only the shifting form alone.even after that there is no response from them.if i call they there is no proper answer.either they wont attend the call or wont answer.please try to avoid these things.
