Oad band usage

I have a broad band connection BB250.

I am unable to get uptodate usage when i use the selfcare. Though I could open, it doesnt exhibit the usage tii date and shows only for a week earlier. Also it doesnt show night usage.

Incidentally earlier, when i was getting into thro portal ID, i used to get all the details. Now that way of opening has been stopped and only thro selfcare www.wdc.bsnl.co.in, one can open.

Well, the telephone bill etc are clearly seen and in that way, thers in a good thing in the new system
