Not proper working last 3months

Dear Sir,

I have taking broadband service from bsnl. Being my number 06725-273086 and my name is Dr. M.S.Rahman. Last 3 months i am facing problems .somany times i personally visit bsnl office and meet with SDO and JE but they are not listening my problem. If i am given Rs600 per month and not able to do 100 mb, why i am giving this much amount.

Please help me in this issue.
