Broadband @ dead/ sleeping stage

I am a staff member of Gov.. Polytechnic Vennikulam, Our problem is the Broad band taken from BSNL is dead/ sleeping stage regularly. If make a complaint to BSNL Exchange, Vennikulam, the connection would 'OK' while they were coming to the premise but after a short while the problem arises. Since it is a Gov. educational institution a broadband connection is very essential connection - for collecting study-materials, Informations and Orders from the Directorate, for employee salary and other employee needs (done by the SPARK). Very curse to do the jobs.

Expecting emergent action for the complaint.
