Very poor service of broadband

I m leaving in NOIDA i have chosen the broad band connection of BSNL .

But BSNL department not response on my complaints and broadband service.

they just giving useless excuses and not providing the service of broadband.

My plan is Rs.900 and service tax extra.

In starting my broadband is was ok service but now its very poor and very very bad service. Its not a kind of broadband service.
