Oadband modem link not stable

Dear Sir,

I am using broadband connection since last 4 months, my tel no. is 06274-222594. I am using the model C2110 modem. The problem is that the light of link blinks every time, it does not become stable which is necesary condition for connecting to the Internet. The light of data is always off. I complained it many times to local exchange, on the no. 1500; but I didn't get any solution. I am annoyed from this problem since approx. 25 days.
