BSNL has the most deplorable employees in the world. I wanted to apply for the EVDO plan, and thus purchase a CDMA connection. I went up to the BSNL office, BSNL Bidhanagar and enquired in details about the various plans and pricing. I wanted topurchase it the very day, but was asked to come the next as they were CELEBRATING VISWKARMA PUJAS!!!

When I go there the next day, the employee... Mr. Mukherjee from whom I took all the details was absent. Other two guys said the device is not in stock and they wouldn't anyways sell it to me as I am not a local resident of that place.

In pouring rain I got all the necessary documents ready, spent so much of my time to hear this.

Please DONOT TAKE BSNL DATA CARD / CDMA. they employees are insensitive, idiotic and only interested in everything else other than their job.

With the rising competition in telecommunication I pray to God BSNL gets wiped out soon.
