Broadband Complaints

From begining of this month our broadband is not working. My no 044-27845912, plan is home combo 299. i made lot of complaints over phone and customer care. there is no response. I am using land line only for broadband. still now my payment are very genuine through net. how it is possible to pay this month bill without working broadband. kindly take an appropriate action for this.
