I have submitted my request (Request ID:8000891805) for change of BSNL broadband plan on 29th Oct from Nov. But till date the plan has not been changed. I have lodged my complaint locally & on their server three times, but no action has been taken. Everytime the status of complaint is changed to resolved by the authorities without any action. On talking to local authorities, they give false commitments that the plan will be changed by today evening.
