Sir good morning,

i have lodged complaints so many times with bsnl (on phone number 1504 & 23234770) regarding my broadband connection which is always showing error 691where as iam putting user id and password very correct.when iam calling them that time they make it serviceable within 05 minutes. after two days again it is showing error 691. when iam telling them please make a permanent solution to it, then they are telling that you complaint with 1504. since last three months no body has come to attend my complaint. please do the needful. today also it was showing error 691. when i call 23234770 then they made it within no times. iam facing this problem since last three months.thanks
