BSNL Telephone & Broadband not Working

Hi,

For the last 2 days, i have been facing problems both with the telephone & broadband.

1. No dial tone is coming

2. At times Hearning other people conversation on-pick of receiver and without dialing any number.

3. Broadband connection failure.
