Broad band Not working properly

Dear Sir /Mam

I have telephone connection (0181-2661924) along with the broadband (Plan 750 ul combo) is become out of service since from 11/12/10 . I have aready registered complaints many times in chandigarh office (call 198). but no action has been taken.

Complaint details:

1.1001704676 at 6.25 pm -11/12/10

2.1001764956 at 1.10 pm -19/12/10

3.1001787762 at 8.30am -22/12/10

I have been facing a problem of very poor connectivity of net. Recieving packages 1-2 kbps.

You are requested to solve my problem as soon as possible.
