Down serve

Despite repeated request to the Officials as no. 2713000 and Addl. S.D.O. the Borad band connections remain idle and mostly server remains down it is very difficult to open a web site. Particularly relating the high of punjab and Haryana. Undersigned tried very hard but failed to open site to change my account password.
