Excess billing

For the month of Nov. & Dec excess billing was charged against my land line No.2552133 for which I applied under Samadan Scheme of BSNL but till date they have given rebate only for the mo nth of Nov but I am being waiting for the rebate for the month of Dec. so that I can deposit the said bill for these two months. More over I do not receive the monthly bills at my home address.
